To provide access to information held on the family tree of Edward Carroll
who came to the USA on 21 May 1801 and to complete the tree up to the present
time.
Robert W Carroll, the grandson of Edward Carroll wrote a number of letters
to his distant cousin in Cork, Ireland between 1878 and 1893. Although
he gave many details of his forefathers and his own children and neice
he never disclosed is own date of birth nor gave any clues. J.H.Carroll
kept this correspondence and it has been passed down the generations to
David St.John O'Carroll.
